Hideriyama Natural Polishing Stone

Hideriyama natural stones are quarried in the mountains near Kyoto and quantities are limited. These medium soft polishing stones are in the 8,000 to 10,000 grit range and are perfect for putting a refined edge on your knife. 

Before use, simply splash water on the surface of the stone.
